The NC State women’s basketball team will be hosting the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament at Reynolds Coliseum, the selection committee announced Monday. The Wolfpack is a four seed in the Kansas City Region.
The Pack will play Elon on Friday at 2:30 p.m. Maryland and Princeton will also be playing in Raleigh, with the winners of each game playing each other Sunday. This marks the first time since 2007 that the Wolfpack will be hosting tournament games.
NC State won 24 games this year, including 11 ACC games. The Pack also made a run to the semifinals of the ACC Tournament, beating UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke in its first two games.
