Three separate break-ins on campus Sunday afternoon have Campus Police looking for information leading to the arrest of two male suspects, according to Capt. Jon Barnwell

Crimestoppers is also offering a reward on any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the two suspects.

According to Barnwell, the break-ins -- which occurred at the Vet School cafeteria, the Bragaw C-Store and Campus Cinema ticket office in Witherspoon Student Center -- were more than likely all committed by two men who were caught on video tape.

"On Monday, we started getting reports of break-ins that had occurred over the weekend," Barnwell said. "When we went back and looked through the camera footage we were able to see the perpetrators break in at the Vet School and Bragaw C-Store."

The third break-in, at Witherspoon Student Center, was not caught on camera but Barnwell said the timing of the alarm going off at Witherspoon left Campus Police with little doubt about what suspects broke into the Campus Cinema ticket office.

"We're pretty confident in saying the attempted break-in at Witherspoon was the same two suspects from the other crimes," he said.

All three crimes were committed between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, with the Vet School cafeteria being the best source of cash for the suspects.

Although the suspects made away with $1,600 from the Vet School safe, both men were caught on camera and were unable to make away with money from either the Bragaw C-store or Witherspoon.

Barnwell said both suspects should be able to be identified because of how much they were caught on camera at both the Vet School and especially Bragaw.

"Somebody in this area knows who the people are," he said. "We're hoping that the fact that there is a reward out there will bring people forward with information."

Barnwell said any information should be directed to Campus Police at 515-3000.

Main suspect -- seen in yellow shirt and tan shorts with white shoes.

White male, 6 ft. tall, mid to late 20s, sandy brown hair.
