Monday, March 19 Elections Commission meets According to Sen. Greg Doucette, the commission still needed a list of voters that the University provides to be uploaded, a final ballot to be approved and someone has to be found to tally votes next Tuesday night. "We're getting near that time where anything that gets screwed up now is going to have big repercussions," Doucette said.

Wednesday, March 21 Student Body President Will Quick appoints two people as technical administrators to head up the ballot's Web site. The Commission announces that final ballots must be done by Friday night. "The commission is working really hard to make sure everything is ready to go from Monday and Tuesday," Brittany Prater, Elections Commission chair, said.

Thursday, March 22 Elections Commission holds a meeting at 6:15 p.m. -- announces that James Hankins and James Wally are ineligible, Tracy Hutcherson is eligible. Commission announces that books will reopen for 24 hours with new candidates able to file. Books reopen at 5 p.m. The Senate holds an emergency meeting at 9 p.m. Bill to call for Senate's override of Elections Commission does not pass. If Senate had approved the bill, the former ballot would have been considered the final ballot and would have included the recently deemed ineligible candidates. The bill also proposed the possible dismissal of the election commission with the exception of the chair. Student Senate President Zach Adams calls for letters of recommendation to be written to the administration regarding Hankins and Wally.
