Jessica Fulks' designs might start out small -- a scribble on a napkin or receipt, a drawing in a class notebook. But these designs evolve into shirts, jackets and pants of all shapes and fabrics. Since the summer before last, Fulks, a junior in textile and apparel management, has created and sold her original apparel.
