Students do support the football team I'm really sick and tired of seeing letters like Mr. [Joe] Gaglione's in the Technician every year criticizing students for leaving games early under the pretense that they don't support the team. If we didn't support the team, then we wouldn't even bother showing up.

The fact of the matter is that our team doesn't leave us with a whole lot to support by having one terrible game after another. But congratulations, Joe. I'm glad you're such a high and mighty, holier-than-thou Wolfpack fan and enjoy sticking around games where we throw interceptions on two-point conversions that the other team returns 100 yards for a touchdown.

I'd be less embarrassed having uncontrollable diarrhea ripping my bowels apart in the middle of class. Some of us have better things to do, like drinking more to numb the pain of another disappointing loss at Carter-Finley Stadium.

I'm sorry you feel let down by the rest of the fans, but a lot of us have felt let down by our team for a long time, and we don't need lecturing from people like you.
